The Fuel & Iron Food Hall is an incubator food hall which aims to help entrepreneurial chefs open their own restaurant within Pueblo and Southeastern Colorado. It is the flagship of the Fuel & Iron Project, which also includes Fuel Kitchens and Fuel Farm. Together Fuel & Iron aims to make Pueblo the best place in Colorado to launch a food & beverage business.
